Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Encecloud services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services

Encecloud provides technology consulting, software development, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

All services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the services provided.

Intellectual Property

All custom work developed specifically for clients becomes the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Encecloud Solutions.

Clients grant Encecloud the right to use project work as portfolio examples and case studies, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in contracts
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to project agreements
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Limitation of Liability

Encecloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
